McGinnis Design Group is underway with design of the New Urban series.  There will be large ranch homes and 2-story homes featuring Craftsman and Farmhouse style architecture. 

Cottage Homes - 10/12/2008
We are finishing design of our cottage homes.  These homes will start at $200,000 and are perfect choices for young professionals and small families.  A local architect, Steve Zintel, is in charge of design.
